If you're not happy with your AusVialCases order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no need to prove a fault, change of mind is enough.

Items must be returned unused and in the condition they arrived in. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived faulty or wrong — in that case we cover it and it's replaced or refunded, your call.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

This guarantee sits on top of, not instead of, your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
